How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Effective Date: April 28, 2026

Information We Collect

When you interact with vorsant.com, we may collect certain information depending on how you use the site. If you submit a contact form or intake form, we receive the information you provide directly, which typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect and store your email address for the purpose of delivering those updates. We also use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data about how visitors navigate the site, including pages viewed, time spent on each page, referring sources, and general geographic region. This analytics data is aggregated and does not personally identify individual visitors.

How We Use Your Information

The information we collect serves a small number of straightforward purposes. Contact form submissions are used exclusively to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on potential advisory engagements. Newsletter email addresses are used only to send periodic updates about Vorsant Advisory, its services, and relevant insights. We do not share your email address with third parties or use it for purposes beyond what you signed up for. Google Analytics data is used to understand how visitors interact with the site so we can improve the experience, identify which content is most useful, and make informed decisions about site structure and navigation.

Third-Party Services

Vorsant Advisory uses a limited number of third-party services to operate the website and manage client interactions. Contact form submissions are processed through Formspree, which receives and forwards your form data to us. You can review their data handling practices in the Formspree Privacy Policy. Website analytics are provided by Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect anonymized browsing data. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. If you schedule a consultation through our site, that scheduling is handled by Calendly, and any information you provide during the booking process is subject to the Calendly Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

Cookies

The only cookies placed by vorsant.com are those set by Google Analytics for the purpose of understanding site traffic and usage patterns. These cookies track anonymized data such as session duration, pages visited, and how you arrived at the site. They do not collect personally identifiable information. If you prefer not to be tracked by Google Analytics, you can disable cookies through your browser settings or install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On, which prevents your browsing data from being sent to Google Analytics on any site you visit.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions and any related correspondence are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the business purpose for which they were collected, which in most cases means the duration of an advisory engagement or prospective relationship. Newsletter subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe or request removal. Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's default retention settings and is automatically anonymized. If you would like your data deleted at any time, you may request deletion by contacting us directly, and we will process that request promptly.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to any personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data entirely. If you are subscribed to our newsletter, you may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email or by contacting us directly. We will honor all such requests without requiring justification.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These include the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. Vorsant Advisory does not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that regard, but we recognize and respect the full scope of rights afforded to California residents under the CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.
